Passwords: You will be asked to login when you click on a link to a database or an electronic book. Use your network ID user name and password. If you do not know your network ID user name and password, look at the library handout "Accessing the JCC Databases from Your Home or Office". If you still have trouble, ask for help from Instructional Technology by contacting the StudentHelpDesk. Call 315-786-6511 or toll free 1-888- 435-6522, and ask for the Help Desk.

Primo

Try using Primo on the library homepage. It gives you a Google-type search of almost all the library's resources, including print books, DVDs, streaming video, electronic books, articles from databases and electronic reference sources.

Interlibrary loan services

Is there is an article you know you want but you cannot find it in the JCC Databases? No problem! We can get it through Interlibrary Loan Services. Follow the instructions on the JCC Library website for borrowing books and articles through ILLiad. Most articles can be sent to you via email.

Is there a book you know you want but you can't find it in CannonCat? If you can come to campus we can get it through Interlibrary Loan Services. Follow the instructions on the JCC Library website for borrowing books and articles through ILLiad. If you need a book and you do not live near JCC you should contact your local academic or public library and inquire about interlibrary loan services.
