         Use CannonCat to look up print books and full text e-books. Follow these  instructions for logging into e-books.

         Print HAT books are found in the TX section of the library. This includes a good selection of cookbooks.

There are also some good reference e-books available through the JCC databases.

Use the general databases for articles on Culinary Arts. Below are a few selected ones to try. Some articles cover scholarly research in the discipline and others may be more business oriented, or more practical depending on the publication.


Below are just a few suggested websites. There are many good websites out there and many not-so-good websites. Remember to evaluate any resource that you use. Like cooking, your work is only as good as the ingredients that you use!
