This guide will help organize the diverse resources you have access to and answer questions you may have while doing research.
The tab above "Social Work Resources From Brockport" gives you access to a wide array of resources you will need while doing research, including databases, websites, statistics, etc. There is also a tab for some instructional videos explaining how to use Brockport's resources.
Access to Brockport's databases and other restricted resources requires a NetID and a password. For first time users look up your NetID and reset your password by using the NetID Lookup and Password Change System. If you need assistance contact the Brockport ITS Help Desk at (585) 395-5151.
The tab above "Social Work Resources from Nazareth" gives you access to Nazareth's guide for social work research, and lists many databases, websites and some eBooks they provide. A guide created for SWK602 includes resources, services for distance learners and a video tutorial explaining online research techniques.
Access to Nazareth's online resources for Social Work requires a user name (last name in lower case) and password (library barcode which needs to be supplied to you). Contact Circulation Services for a barcode. Here is a guide to using Nazareth's online resources.
