STA 151 Public Speaking D. Bartlett: Internet - Using it wisely

Using images from Google Images

Do the right thing!

Make sure you are using images from the internet in an ethical manner. Do a search in Google images https://www.google.com/imghp?hl=EN and then click ont the "Tools" link under the search box on the results page. Then click on "Usage Rights" and on "Labeled for noncommercial reuse". The pictures that remain are licensed for use in noncommercial situations - which in our case is educational. That way you are assured you are not using someone else's creative work without permission.

Also, don't forget - you still need to cite your sources for pictures and anything else that is not your own work.
